Included with every medical report pack is a Customer Comment Card for you to feedback to us your experience of how your case has been handled, be it a positive or not so positive experience. This helps us to improve our service delivery to you.

Similarly we want to hear from you if there maybe room for improvement in the online facilities we encourage our clients to use.  Our secure site has a Help section with a users easy to follow pdf guide to online nominations, instructions and appointment booking.  In addition the Help section has a separate document which includes all updates to the secure site in reverse chronological order.
