When you instruct Mobile Doctors to obtain medical evidence we commit to a full service level agreement. This agreement forms the basis of our quality control and performance indicators to ensure that we meet your expectations.
Our service standards for independent specialist medical reports are based upon:
- Consultant reports being returned within eight weeks of receiving your instruction
- GP reports being returned within six weeks of receiving your instruction
