The summarised and detailed versions of the 2007 Rehabilitation Code of Conduct in the pre-action protocols encourages timely rehabilitation is undertaken wherever possible.

In keeping with the 2007 Rehabilitation Code, we consider rehabilitation from the earliest practicable stage following an accident, in consultation with claimants and their families.

We have developed a comprehensive medical investigation, diagnostic and rehabilitation service which is provided in partnership with Nuffield Health.View short dvd here for further information.  Whenever you instruct us to provide a medico legal report on behalf of your claimant our customer services team would like to offer your claimant the benefit of using our medical investigation, diagnostic and rehabilitation service.

The service includes:

• Our dedicated central booking team who are ready to deliver triage to determine whether physical assessment is required, within 24 hours of receiving your instruction
• National coverage from physiotherapists employed by Nuffield Health, the largest employer of physiotherapists outside the NHS View short dvd here for further information
• A unique, low and fixed price package for all claimants with a Whiplash Associated Disorder (WAD)

Further Pricing Details:

• One fixed price is charged as determined by the initial WAD Grade assessment¹.  Any extra sessions are provided at no additional cost
• Your claimant with a Whiplash Associated Disorder is guaranteed a complete high quality treatment package:  further sessions will be provided at no additional cost if your claimant has not recovered at the end of their estimated number of sessions
• If your case falls outside of a whiplash injury, further treatment beyond the recommended number will be charged per session
