The Directors do not intend to recommend the payment of a dividend in the short to medium term given the Group's acquisition strategy. Instead profits will be reinvested into the business of the Group.

If you lose your share certificate or it is stolen you should contact Share Registrars Limited immediately on 01252 821390. You will be required to complete and sign a letter of indemnity confirming that if the lost certificate is subsequently found it will be returned to the Registrars for cancellation. There may be an administration fee for this service.
