From today 15th March, insurers and claimant lawyers will have just 45 days to adapt internal operations and processes in readiness for April 30 - the formal implementation date of the Ministry of Justice reforms to streamline the compensation system for low cost RTA personal injury claims.

Prepare for MoJ RTA PI Claims Process Reforms – 58 Days to go

Organisations have been given an extra 24 days to prepare for and test XML Schema interfaces to the electronic communications portal developed to support adherence to the reforms, the new claims process for Low Value Road Traffic Accident Personal Injury claims which will commence 30th April 2010.
