Claims Process Reform - find out how it will affect you
The Government is set to publish a new claims process for road traffic accident personal injury claims valued between £1,000 to £10,000, to ensure that fair compensation is delivered to the claimant as soon as possible.
This year's conference is dedicated to examining all aspects of these reforms, which are set to become law in October, and discuss the ramifications for all involved sectors; insurance, legal, regulatory and medical.
Matthew Game, Chief Executive of Mobile Doctors and elected Vice Chair of AMRO, was asked by the Claims Standards Council (CSC) to form part of the expert medico-legal panel, who will consider the Claims process reforms and how medico-legal organisations will be affected, then lead a question and answer session.
The annual CSC Conference is in its second year and is being held at the Palace Hotel, Manchester on July 2nd.
